Anybody do much business with them? I just bought wires, cap, rotor, coil, condenser and points from them. Guess what, they were all for type 1's. Pretty disgruntled about it. Anybody else have issues with them? |

Bought a inner fan and a new intake boot. No problem. I'd do business with them again. |

I bought the over the top exhaust from them, they were great. Also bought a used engine hanger, and spoke with Anthony with a bunch of questions, very helpful and friendly. I was a happy customer. My guess is just a screw up that could happen anywhere. |

I've bought quite a few things from them. Dealt with Anthony directly via phone or e-mail. He answered all my questions and I got fast, quality service and items. When my Notch is back from paint I will order more from them...just my experience. _________________ One man's "patina" is another man's cancer...

This order was completed by Alex. Not very helpful. In the past I have delt with Anthony and was very pleased. I sent him an email, hopefully he will take care of me.
I made order from the internet, I would not suggest it. Descriptions are not the greatest. That is how I ended up with the wrong stuff I believe. No way to put in year and such to ensure you are ordering the right stuff. |

first I apologize for the mistakes made on your order,
I'll be the first one to say our current online shopping cart sucks, I told Alex myself we need to take it down while our new cart is in development, but for whatever reason its not and that's not by my choice,
the page you ordered your ignition components from a general page that is linked with all bug/bus/ghia/type 3 catalogs on our site, all the parts all have poor descriptions an non current prices, and the layout is confusing
hopefully future orders if any will be able to take care of, and I do not recommend ordering online via our website for anyone, its mainly their as point of reference and until our new version is complete,
I can recommend downloading our PDF catalog, and ordering via email or phone, this will mirror our online version soon, and is 1000% better then our current shopping cart,
I will email you directly,
Anthony / ISP WEST |

Okay, the coil was right. 5 out of 6 wrong parts makes the order pretty ugly.
Anothy did speak with me via email. I do feel a little better about my "experience". The correct wires are on their way.
I may order some other items from them, but directly from Anthony from what I have read. |

At least he is trying to make right about the whole deal. I always hate trying to talk to someone that insists they are rigth and want to avoid the hassle of returning things. Online ordering can be tricky...and it sounds like they are trying to fix the online cart.... give them a chance to make right... I am sure they will. |

I have bought a ton of stuff from them, you better call instead of email, they are a little slow to email you back. Otherwise a great company! |

I can see the problem being the shopping cart. Efficiency in retail always comes with a price.
I've bought quite a few items from ISP and got a wrong item ONCE, which they took care of immediately.
People are human, and stuff screws up, especially when you're breaking in an automated system.
I deal a lot on eBay, and I always read feedback. I'd rather buy from a seller that has 90 or 97% positive feedback where buyers follow up their neg with "Problem resolved- thank you" than a guy with 99%, but his FEW negs are all- "Got wrong/ broken parts, seller will not respond".
I think that ISP is showing here that they're willing to admit/ resolve problems quickly and fairly. Kudos. There's nothing worse than dealing with a parts person with a "God" complex. _________________ Немає виправдання для війни! Я з Україною.
