Obviously your Westy Frank, but the Citroen is kinda cool too. Not sure about the paint job, I think they look just great in their original galvanised form. Kinda like a square garbage can on wheels. Which is faster? _________________ 1964 Standard

Top speed of the Hy: 100 km/hour
Cruising speed of the Hy: 80 km/hour
Top speed of the Split: 115 km/hour
Cruising speed of the Split: 95 km/hour
I don't know what engine is present in the Citroen.
Since they are both very remarkable vehicels I phoned the Citroen owner and organised this photo shoot. Just for fun.

Nice pics, and a cool vehicle. Glad the hippies aren't only picking on VWs.

would you rather drive in the bus and have to look at the citroen, or ride in the citroen and get to look at the bus?
those citroens are funky. I saw one in wisconsin last summer, and even though I had never seen one before, I instantly knew that it was a citroen. _________________ .

You probably drove by 2 Citroens.... just coming into Fond du Lac, about a 1/2 hour before Elkhart. Well, maybe in hour in that bus you were driving! A junkyard has a 2CV cut in half (length ways) and hung up on their building. _________________ Insert random important looking club initials here. |

Here is my old 2CV. Air cooled 2-cylinder boxer engine, and you could sleep in it...Wind direction was a major factor! Amazing off road vehicle, I miss it.
