I recently dealt with Stacey and not only was he very personable but patient as well. I received my item promptly and exactly as described. Great seller, I would purchase from Stacey again, without hesitation.

I bought the "last one i have left" eberspacher manual from Staceyz, it was a total waste of money. I l have a model 8542 (pre-b2) for cars up to 1960 , the manual is ONLY about b2,bn2 and bn4 only. It covers type 2 and type 3 thoroughly, but is totally enemic on type 1 and ghia info and there are NO TEMPLATES for mounting as his AD STATES THERE IS. I bought the book for the templates ONLY. THERE WERE NO INSTALLATION TEMPLATES!! Everything you ever need to know about eberspachers is already on thesamba except installation templates. came up with goose eggs on this manual. he didn't respond to my email when I asked about why there are no type 1 templates.hmmm. not so happy camper here! _________________ Official 58-60 "Early Big Window" Convertible Thread & Registry

Looks like the ad is still up:

If you can't reach him by email, have you thought about calling him?
I've always found Stacey to be easy to deal with, maybe he would be willing to give you a refund less shpping if you returned the book? |

I ordered my Eberspacher book last week and it arrived this week. Stacey had good communication, fast shipment and was easy to deal with overall.
I flipped through the book and it does have a number of gas heater templates throughout the book, but not for every model. I knew this in advance, so this was not unexpected. Keep im mind that this is a reproduction on a service manual they put out in 1963, so if it not complete then the blame should fall on the Eberspacher company for not providing all of the relevant data in the book they put out (which Stacey copied). |
