Just wanted to let everyone know I bought my first part from my bug from these guys, albeit a small thing, and was treated very very well. Very professional.

They have a few other forums open. But your right, Koch does very good work.

They're good guys, if they restore a part and you claim it and check it out and don't want to buy, they'll let you walk away. I was going to buy a rearview mirror for my bug from them, but it wasn't plated right. Maybe by now they have a different plater. I walked away and picked one up from some random guy for $35 cheaper than kotch had and was in immaculate restored condition at the same show. Just beware of pitted chrome that isn't refilled when you buy chrome. I've seen nicer stuff from Kotch.

I have bought many parts from Koch's over the years and they are always very fair and honest. They restored a wheel for me and it cracked from me driving hard, drag racing and a year later they fixed it for free. I told them I didn't expect that and they wanted to pep air it for free. Some people just know how to run a business .

Great communication. Excellent customer service.

I purchased an item then another and he was nice to combine shipment costs. Items arrived in a timely manner and very well packaged. There was a discrepancy in one of the items and so left him a message later in evening. I got a call back first thing the next morning and the issue was resolved quickly, courteously and professionally.

I purchased some eyelids for my bus from Kochsvw. Kochsvw answered all my questions and responded to my emails quickly. The eyelids were packed very well and they made it to me in a couple of days. Look forward to doing business with them in the future...

Had two steering wheels done, first one has been redone three times and two on the other. They crack if you live in a hot area. They fix for free but a PITA. They look really nice and then one day cracks, paint still looks good.

Bought pair of '58-'61 Bus glass repro taillights and had Koch's mail them directly to Chip in UT to have LED lights installed. The transaction when smooth and with quick shipping the LED conversion is now in process. Chip states the Kochsvw glass TL are superb repro's with much higher intensity with the multiple LED lights. This greatly enhanced the TL brightness in a very pleasing glass pattern contributing to a much safer driving environment. I am most pleased. Thank you.
