Purchased several of the new german oil-drain plates from Bill. The parts were as described and came packaged well, I love-'em!!.
About the only problem I encountered though was with the payment process (at no fault of his own). I had paid him with an USPS Money Order. When he tried to go cash it at his post office, they thought that it might have been a fake or something, and confinscated it for further inspection?!?!
But all is well now. He had let me know what was going on through e-mail, and told me the next day that it was fine now. All in all, everything else went fine though. _________________ Be kind to all critters. America's "H8TERZ" can drink sludgy used Motor Oil!

I've bought several things from bill and never had a problem!
a set of 78 bus owners manuals in excellent shape (i think he had even snail mailed me pictures of these?)
a thermostat for the bus and a set of 2.0L heads.
The heads have been on my bus for 2 years and 20,000 miles... all i had to do was change the studs... not a big deal! _________________ Without love in the dream it will never come true |

just wanted to say,
i've got two shipments of brake parts from "cherribilltodd" and both were exaclty as described and very well packed.
I consider my experience with this seller to be A+.
He was concise, prompt, resonable, and polite.
I would by all means buy from this seller again and may even search the adds to inquire with this seller first off.
Thanks,
jeremy |

I consider reputable, concise, quick, and good to get parts from.
Never any BS from this guy.
This is the third part/parts lot I have bought from this seller and have been satisfied. This third one went awry for us but Bill quickly fixed it.
I arranged the purchase of a used outside mirror from him and despite this sellers consistent great packaging, the plastic housing was fatally cracked in many places (really hard to say what happened to it between Ohio and Georgia). I took lots of pictures and sent them to him.
I told him I didn’t expect a refund for the shipping charges and left it up to him to decide what to do to make it right. He refunded the price I paid, in full, promptly.
Once again, [email protected] I consider reputable, concise, and good to get parts from. |

About a year ago I was in the market for a replacement winshield washer fluid container for my 82 Vanagon.
Bill said he had one and we settled on a price for it and the pump.
When I got the container, it did not leak and the pump worked real good but I noticed the two connection tabs were broken off but they were included in the box.
I called Bill and asked him what was up ,and he said he had a problem removing the fluid container because the bolts were rusty, he thought it best to just cut them off with a sawzall . I could easilly glue them back on with some JB Weld........................................................................
.......................................................................................................
I ended up getting another container from a reputable parts outlett...one who I have bought many parts from since and who I have never had a problem with. |

rcb. do not understand why you waited so long to vent your complaint. if you had notified me that you were not satisfied with the parts i would have gladly arranged a refund. you seemed satisfied at the time. regards, bill |

I have been corresponding with Bill for a few weeks trying to find a nice 14 inch steel wheel for my Rabbit truck which has 14 inch Corrado wheels. Euro Version) This is to be used for a spare tire. I have been very pleased with Bill's help, and he found me a really nice - looks nearly new on the front - wheel. Factory paint in good condition! I am very happy with my experience with Bill and would buy from him again.

I bought an ECU for my 85 Vanagon from Bill as a spare for a long trip. He sent the correct ECU within 2 days but it did not work at all. I emailed him and let him know I would be sending it back with expectations of a good ECU or a refund. He sent a working replacement before he received the other one back.(we both shipped the same day) I would definitely buy from Bill again. _________________ 85 Vanagon GL Westy GW 2.2 (Rebuilt by YT)
