decent replacements... but this claim is quite a stretch: "same style grain as original". Definitely better than a warped turd of a visor though.

The NOS ones shown on page 2 of this thread show a large pebble pattern w/smooth semi-circle in the lower half.

Correct style probably wouldn't be too tough to reproduce... if someone was inclined in getting a production run made. A kit would be nice... just a visor board w/rivets & screw.... re-use other existing metal.

One could possibly mill off the pattern for the smooth edge and half-moon. Or maybe use a press on the edge and half-moon to remove the pattern.

You are correct. though. The OG style would not be hard to reproduce. But, if you build it, will they come?

I have a sunvisor that has a smooth style board; I am pretty certain that it has not been tampered with and is og; made by GHE.

It is the only one I have like that; so a smooth style repo is possible.

Are regular non-chrome og style rivets available?
