Randar - hard to get a hold of?

I ordered a pair of wheel spacers for Randee at the begining of December and have yet to receive them. I have sent multiple emails and have left phone message with no reply. Does anyone know if they are closed for the holidays?

One of my brand new randar wheels rusted on the chrome. They have never been wet and my car is always garaged?
