It's not just the fact that they did not modify the rear. Those headlights just plain look terrible on that car. It's not incomplete, it's just disgusting.
I agree... if this is "thinking outside the box" or "visionary", well, I'd rather see "in the box visions". Looks as good as the ghia's lights would look on the donor mercedes. No rear mod's could make this right.Laughing

I agree that it's a shit box. And then to paint the ugly gas door a different color.. simply draws attention to it. Yuck.

Hee hee hee . . .

This car belongs to the president of our car club. That bastard has more metal flake than a bass boat (the car, not the owner).

Either way you try and defend that, you're sh*t out of luck. Laughing

1. I willingly joined a car club where the President drives that ^.

2. We elected someone driving that ^ as our car club's President.

3. The guy driving that ^ elected himself President - and we stayed!

It's Mid America. Right outta the heartland. Had RMMW not already gone bankrupt, this product line sure would've done it. Can't wait to see MAMW put out of business by it's new product launch.

They're really going for a 21st century Wonderbug. Consider the pic above vs. this from 30 years ago (or whenever). See the grimmer smile, and the cagier looking eyes? This is a much darker Wonderbug than the sitcom Wonderbug of the 70s. Wonderbug Noir. This new Wonderbug must investigate snuff films instead of getting involved in zany antics.

found this poor little stumpy bus on the way to the VW meltdown in Alabama. It used be a standard with trim and a dash clock at one point. But it's so rusted out and covered in bondo, that there is nothing to save

RIP short bus (now the special students will need a new short bus)
