This is gross but at least it looks "done".

The rear bumper set up seems dumb to me - you can't easily access the tailgate to load cargo.

^^^Agreed, that rear bumper does look really odd. But I am guessing you would have to have Tyrannosaurus Rex arms to not be able to reach past it.
