| Something looks messed up with the transaxle maybe? In the first picture it looks like the rear wheel is too far inboard, the rest of the pics look normal. |

Yes, the 21 means it started out as a panelvan. ( no windows on sides)
VW never made small hatch 13 window buses.
There is a lot of hackage in that package.

Only good thing that they produced that was good were posters in the 90's.

No vin anywhere on this truck and has frame rot. It is a wolfsburg truck. Also before I knew that I traveled 10 hours to see it for one price…. Once I got there he went up and just wanted a free education on all his stuff. He acquired all the vw stuff through buying property with the vw stash still there. I also didn’t feel comfortable being with the guy on his property either. Good luck
