og. empi 5s in porsche pattern

hi there,
i can get a set of four empi 5s in porsche pattern, some wheels are welded, they need some work ( polishing, painting, perhaps some other work befor). the guy wnats 1500dollar.
what do you think? good price? i think its a bit expensive, isnt it?

they look like this? they 2 piece? I personally would not want to run old 2 piece rims for safety reasons though would be cool in a parts collection

Depends on the condition, you cna make them go from this:

to this:

Get them chemically dipped, check for cracks, get them welded.

flat down, spray, get rim machined.

yes, real 2 spokes. 3 original and one rim had the 205 pattern. lugs were welded and the rim got the porsche pattern
