Just got a front DELOG windshield from Jeff to replace the one my wife and I broke years ago installing the windshields after I painted my Single Cab.

Years ago I found one on that auction web site, and I kid you not when I say the seller wrapped it up with about 3 or 4 pieces of cardboard on each side and shipped it that way. Of course it arrived with about 20 splits and cracks in it.

But luckily last week I checked TheSamba first thing in the morning when I woke up and found Jeff had one for sale for the drivers side which is exactly the side I needed. I saw that he just posted it and looked at the clock and figured it must be about 7am on his side of the country, but I took a chance and called anyway, as I didnt want to miss out on it.

Jeff picked up, and we had a nice chat, and he looked at it and gave me more details about the condition, and assured me he would package it up correctly.

Well finally I got it soon afterwards, and here is what I opened up to find.

Unbelievable packaging job, and the windshield is exactly as he described it.

Thank you Jeff, I am very happy to finally have a DELOG windshield to replace the one I broke and that will match the one I have on the passenger side.

Recently bought some spring plates from Jeff. What a great experience! Jeff took the time to ask if I needed anything else and dug around to find some more items I needed.

Quick to reply to emails, actually does what he says, great packaging, provided tracking info and included my email on the notifications.

The item I purchased was listed at a "shipped" price. Instead of cheaping out and sending it USPS, it came via FedEx. Which I was real happy to see. I've never had an issue with FedEx!

Jeff, replied to one of my wanted ads saying he had the early bay window suspension parts I was looking for. My ad actually said I was looking for a local sale to avoid costly shipping but Jeff gave me a "to your door" price that I could refuse. The parts arrived quickly, no surprises, plus excellent communication the whole time. I'm totally satisfied with the transaction and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Jeff again.

I'm not telling anybody, anything new that has dealt with Jeff,
but he is definitely one of the good guys here on THESAMBA.

Bought a pair of Early Ghia seats from Jeff and the transaction
