Camper Electrical Inlet dimensions

Hey,

I have a '71 Westy, and have been looking around my shop for the original camper power inlet/outlet, but it appears to have wandered off. I looked in the classifieds for a reasonable replacement (not impressed), but I am curious about the size comparison to the later model westy/vanagon inlets that are still available new. Does anybody have the dimensions of both of these at the body? Would a later version fit in the older inlet?

I just measured... both the same size hole in the tin. Original is a better look (available in the samback classifieds) but it's your bus.
