surprisingly, my tach worked well with the auto meter rev limiter and the tach converter. Let us know how the mag tack works out. |

which ignition wire set do you guys use when you route the wires under the shroud, and to the back for a clean look? A Bosch wire set for a V8 of sorts? _________________ 1957 Beetle

I had mine custom made, used string to measure how long each wire was. You can put your plug ends on yourself. |

Fix the distributor drive... the badge needs to point to the back. Otherwise, nice. _________________ Glenn

Simple paint, tidy wires, polished parts and don't drive it in the rain. _________________ Glenn

Or don't drive at all.
But generally if you clean it often it is much easier to clean then once in every 50 years. _________________ -58 Typ2 ambulance

Have not been on this thread for awhile. It is good to see there are still a lot of extremely clean engines on here.....
Here is a Very rare race engine. It is an ARPM Case #233 of less then 300 made. It features a long list of goodies that are very hard to find. From the case to Deano Dynosoar ARPM heads (before super flo) titanium rods, Venolia pistons, AutoCraft 6 stud barrels, and much more.
It is not my normal hide every wire and hose because I wanted to keep the old race look. In fact we will be running this down the strip in the near future.
