Hi,

I made the same thread on VWVortex. Post photos of the front of your van, as I am building up a collection of those photos. If I get enough, I might make a little website.

Photo from the direct front.

That's the best "front" pic I have at the moment. Hope it helps? If not let me know and I'll go get a better pic!

Besides the H4's, the bracket, and the new 'Westy' sticker, you can also see his new rubber antenna, note the sealant around the mount, and the horrible, horrible, flowered seat covers, which will be burned with proper ceremonies when I've the time for good ones from SewFine--whose factory is about 4 miles away.

He's looking cheerful after all the work done on him. Post and share that collage when you've made it!

Best!

I thought that his photo being the same as my example was pretty funny, but that isn't my van. Just another one I have in my archive.

This is mine:

Ok here goes: 1st you need a pic on the web, if you can post one in thesamba Gallery, go to that pic, bring up the one you want to use, click on it again so the title date ect. is'nt there, just the pic, high lite the url address, go to your edit button hit copy, close the pic , go to the thread you want to post on, click on reply, once that reply screen is up, type in your message, then (this is the important part Laughing ) click on the little box that says Img up above message box, then go to your edit button, hit paste, then hit the Img button again, thats it.
Thanks to Amishman for explaining this to me, & my teenagers to help make it work, even a old (45) Dog can learn new tricks !! Rolling Eyes

Nice background rngr! Dark blue seems to be a good color for longevity!

I really like the two silver ones, too. Any syncho rules...and the Terminator Slate Grey has definite potential...didn't you say it had a transplanted motor, Bubs?

Here's my picture of my 84 westy. Spent all weekend with rubbing compound and wax. She looks 100% better. I wish I took a picture before I started.
