also roof top tents

I was also looking for a dealer VW clock sign I have to put up in my garage on the roof of the office in my shop and forgot about the boxes full of 356 parts I've been hoarding for the last 20 years or so.

While up there I found a couple large bins full of bumper guards, splash pans and towel bars I forgot I had, a couple front bench seats in OG upolstery and ones redone by WCC that I forgot where I put them, a couple sets of hoops and OG wood for them. I'm going back up there again today to see what other goodies I have that I forgot about, getting old sucks, your memory just seems to go.

I find the worse part for me is that everytime I find something I think I need for one of my buses I buy it, store it and then forget I got it and then buy more of the same. I'll have one hell of a parts sale once all my buses are done!

PLEASE, put me on the top of that invite list when you plan that garage sale. I'll buy plane tickets right now while I'm thinking of it since my memory is worse than yours. Laughing

Hey Splitpile, if you do not have plans for one of those sets of hoops I sure would buy them from you.

I have been into steering wheels, horn buttons and distributors lately. Not sure why, maybe because I THINK I can get them by the wife without her noticing.

I seem to collect late split bus transmissions (gearboxes), with everyone irs'ing or straight axle'ing there is an abundance of free / cheap complete rear axles. When everyone one goes back to stock I will corner the market hahahahahahahahaha!

I've never been to the Carolinas so I know I don't have it. I only pull plates off busses which are unrestorable or are getting chopped up/crushed. I hope you find them!
