Germansupplyscott, I believe I have a pair of coil over rear shocks - well, I know I have a pair, but I believe they're stock. However, as soon as my four Konis show up they'll be available... Wink

The one thing I have yet to lay eyes on is the air compressor that plugs into the "mystery" hole below the glovebox. This was to fill up the collapsible spare tire (which I have) that came with the 74 and 75 Westy's.

Anyone have pics of this compressor?

Unfortunately, he's fishing for bids on it.

I have a Coleman compressor just like that, except that it is the one that Coleman sold and has a beige case without the VW logo. Not a very good compressor, and I'd hate to depend on one that had been sitting for a few years unused to inflate the expando-spare.

Speaking of rare, the tires are probably rarer than the compressor, at least in usable condition.

When I located my tire, it didn't seem to hard to find if I recall correctly, and mine is still in useable condition. However, I would never trust it driving. I just have it for the novelty of having it.

If you are not committed to having one of the "rarest of the rare" air compressors, here is a good one at a good price.

These are what the BMW motorcycle guys use for their DIN plugs:

I'm pretty sure I saw a full set of NOS bumper overriders at Busted Bus in Boulder last week, when I was there looking over some parts for my bus.
