Congratulations 12Paths, great technique and looks very cool in her patina, I hope you create a thread on the work.

Have you considered simply starting with a nicer bus? I don't know what your skills are, but the race is easier if you can see the finish line. If you are not a runner, don't start off doing a marathon. |

Good spot! I was initially drawn to the Abarth style exhaust tips, then it lurched into my field of vision! |

Anybody ever came across my old '65?
Sold it in Vancouver BC around 10yrs ago to a USA company planning to use it for commercials or promotion, that's all I know.
It was a sweet bus, lots of good memories and numerous trips!
Just curious

Good looking bus. Hopefully it wasn't Tillamook that bought it. _________________ Prosit!

Buseric we are already looking at buying a whole chassis..rather the d!@king around patching multiple parts. https://classicsteelbody.com
This will be a good candidate |
Been a few years since I've looked around for resto metal. I knew about the green, but I am gobsmacked by what is available now! How long has ClassicSteelbody been producing? I guess there is an upside to the outrageous valuation for all of us with busses needing resto. lol |

Just dug this SO42 out of a barn a few weeks ago. Been sitting since the 80s. Only 20k original miles. Got it cleaned up and WOW I can't believe how well this car has been preserved. All factory original and in stunning shape. Up for sale Now if anyone is interested
