Wow. Nice find and recovery. that rear damage is not all that bad. A good metal man should be able to pull and bump that straight and metal finish it. No filler.
Hope that part touching the ground is not hurt too bad.
Love those early buses.

Very cool, I would have been hoping the seat was buried under all of that crap

Nice recovery. Doesn't look too bad! Good luck with it's future!

Must be more to the story. Seldom does one see the glass and wipers properly removed. That sure kept the glass channels from rusting! I fear, though, that all the parts were removed for another car. Or to sell.
Quite a bit of value to the Chevy/ GM parts inside. Stick bellhousing. Not VW type 2 but selling Chevy parts will buy some VW parts! Works for me anyway. I'll sell anything old.

To be fair, the seats and the wipers are pretty much the only parts on a panel to strip off

50 something single cab. Couldn't read the tag. Have to wait for the ground to dry up a bit more before I can get it home. It will need to be carried out but luckily it is all in bite sized pieces. Smile

Not much left but found two parts I need. Quit a few good parts like gate hinges and stuff.
