Does anyone have experince with a progressive Weber on a manifold that uses the old FI runners? I am going to try to help a friend of mine to get his fasty going. He has spark and fuel but no start. I am not familiar with Webers using these long runners.

Thanks for the help all.

They work, just not favorably. They are a bitch when It's cold. I've been complaining about mine for 4 years. Rolling Eyes

This is in reference to this post.

He already has it on the car, it just needs fixin'.
Any Carb that has been sitting may have corrosion, or debris inside, clogging the jets. This carb may need rebuilding or replaced.
If you have fuel and spark, the best bet would be to check compression, torque the heads and adjust the valves & go from there.
