So my freind gave me the wiring bit that fixes the Vanagon syndrome of random bucking and stalling on the freeway, But i have an 85, and apparently the digijet systems dont need it, right, just the Digifant? So what if I put it on anyway? Maybe ill try it.

Don't do it, UNLESS, you are sure the wiring and what not are EXACTLY the asme. My Digijet don't have the problem, either. I think it is very Digifant specific. If you care to, you can always add the capacitor fix. But, as stated, it seems to be a Digifant specific problen. Don't fix something that is not broken.
