I would be curious to hear the justification for that price jump from an executive. _________________ nothing |

went up 3 cents per litre to $1.230/L = $4.65/Gal. I expect it to stay there and go up slowly now that summer is here.
I swear they are following a pyschological marketing plan and playing games. Drop it 3 or 4 cents/L, get used to that and then the 3 to 5 cent/L increase. They have to make up for no heating costs this time of year and of course people HAVE TO go on vacation so let's get em (screw em). They do it because they can. Sucks as we have fixed gas prices which I've said before. Nobody gives a competitive break. You might think OPEC is powerful but someone in the Province of Ontario sets all retail gas prices!!!*#^! Only the rare small independant (very few left), outside cities dares to use their own much lower set prices. _________________ '09 2.5L Jetta 5 cylinder, 5 spd, super turbo, see thread in H2O Cooled Jetta, etc...

3.999 for 87 yesterday. I could check my logbook, but I think that's the first time in a couple years that it's been under $4/gal locally. _________________ 2000 M Roadster

Not quite--under $4 for a couple tankfuls in early 2011, as low as $3.859. _________________ 2000 M Roadster

I thought we were paying big time it's $1.47 here but in Sydney it has been down to $1.15. Prices are like a yo yo except in school and public holidays when it rockets up due to it being cold where you guys are. |

Overnight Toronto area $1.369/L ($5.174/G) and in Montreal area $1.539/L ($5.817). That's about 12 cents/L more in Mtl. There is no indication for this surprise hike! _________________ '09 2.5L Jetta 5 cylinder, 5 spd, super turbo, see thread in H2O Cooled Jetta, etc...

It jumped back up and has been hovering around $4.10 for the past couple of months here in San Diego. _________________ Prosit!
