$1.60 for 87 ethanol blend at the good station yesterday. I filled my truck and all of my gas cans (lawn mower, wood splitter, etc.) with non-ethanol premium for $2.40 per gallon. _________________ nothing |

$1.28 on Saturday. That in close to the middle of the city. Outside the city it will be cheaper. _________________ www.vwnos.com [email protected]

That's probably a liter. We get a little over 3.7 liters for our gallon. How are there not more revolutions in Europe? _________________ www.vwnos.com [email protected]

Houston in the city - 1.39 a gallon cash is the cheapest I've seen at a top tier station (Valero, Exxon, Chevron, Shell, etc) but I did see a couple $1.19 mini mart stations I wouldn't use. _________________ Stop dead photo links! Post your photos to The Samba Gallery! |

Had no idea I’d ever have “Gas price envy” hopefully you all out there taking advantage of it and having fun. So far this month my fuel log looks like this in the 74 bug (Miles= Miles on speedo) speedo was at 99,051 miles in September. Not the greatest fuel consumption numbers but I drive it like a Honda in rush hour traffic and have lots of hills.
3/1/20, 2883 miles 9.1 gal 22.5 mpg mixed
3/11 3102 miles 9.2 gal 23.8 mpg mixed
3/13 3307 miles 8.9 gal 23.3 mpg mixed
3/16 3529 miles 8.3 gal 26.7, Freeway only 70-75 mph
3/24 3708 miles 7.50 gal 23.8 mpg mixed _________________ Keep on Busin'

Prices here vary widely. Yesterday I filled up with diesel in Cranbrook BC at $1.29 per liter (gas was $0.93) then 5 hours later in Red Deer AB I topped up the tank at $0.94 for diesel and gas was $0.67 a liter!
At home here 2 hours from Red Deer it's $1.09 for diesel and $0.78 for gas. |

I guess you've never been to Texas. We have some of the best Roads in the nation especially in Austin ( or at least it used to be until all those people moved there). Your picture actually looks like a Texas road. The speed limit on one main road is 85MPH. _________________ www.vwnos.com [email protected]

Oh, yeah, been to Texas, around San Antonio, Kemah and Fort Hood...don't remember the roads being bad or great, buy also no seasonal snow or frost to deal with.
Most of German roads are 100kph, Autobahns start at 120 (unless your in f*ing Regensburg)and then....well you know the rest...
paid .79 liter on base today for super 93--that's with NO taxes...still comes out way more than what you guys are paying... _________________ '56 pan Dune Buggy since '69

Wow! That would be $0.34 a liter Canadian dollars. We are still paying $0.78 locally, down from $1.18 a year ago! |
