Has anyone seen these yet, I just found two of them but I don't know if it's old news already?

I think my brother got me a couple of them. I have one of every color in the hardtop, but no verts as of yet.

Dang, guess I need to go shopping...
I feel like I am slipping lately with the VW toys. Maybe that's a hint that I don't need anymore. _________________ VW-less right now...looking

Most of my cool toys are packed away for the proverbial 'rainy day,' but I dug these out for pics. I have both variations of the Johnny Lightning EMPI Buses; one with smooth chrome wheels, the other with Cragar-style mags.......both are a bit cooler than the average JL Bus, however: Joe and Darrell Vittone autographed them for me.
This and a few others got 'personalized' during an overnight visit to Bruce & Winnie's home early last year:

Has anyone seen this single cab. I found it at toys R us a month or so ago.
Here is a pic of the old skools someone mentioned earlier.
Here's a pic of some of the convertible hotwheels.
Here is another pic of some of the hotwheels with the single cab.
And finally here is one with the two g rides notches in it.
Sorry the pics aren't the best I took them in a hurry and my apartment is a mess right now.

Special edition Hot Wheels are the hardest cars to find, Johnny Lightning second. Pisses me off, cause I know most of them are being scalped anyway. _________________ "In order to create, you have to destroy." |

There were three different guys at our local flea market today selling hot wheels. I have no clue what they are worth or if they are hard to come by so I just bought a couple of the Meyer Manxs for $2 each and a Baja (dealers choice) that had dice on it. The one guy had a 21 window (blue/white) that he said was hard to find for $7 and one of the other guys had the drag buses and some treasure hunt stuff, I think one was a manx. He also had a California Dreaming set for $40.
I couldn't spend too much time looking because my husband was rushing me. Normally we just walk through the aisles and glance, but last weekend and today I was digging through stuff. My husband said to just bring the terrorists over here and send them down 4 aisles with me and that would be enough punishment to make them talk. _________________ 1973 Wild Westerner "Mr. Peabody"

I lost track of the number of toys I've collected over the years...have dozens of bigs boxes full. A couple of years ago Dean Jones(actor who was in the original Herbie movies) came to Roswell NM for a new bug get-together, heard my shop had built a Herbie replica and asked if we could bring it. He signed one of our larger Herbie models on the hood..one of my favorite toys. I like to keep them out at my shop...but have way too many and sometimes customers kids like to handle them...or take them. |

I was given a Hot Wheels "T-Hunt" of the VW Drag bus. It said #13 of 12 on the package. Must be a miss print. _________________ Prosit!
