Is it legal to start a thread like this w/o starting the ball rolling yourself?
On a related note, that '61 flipseat I recently scored turned out to be REALLY early, and per the P.O., it sounds like it's going to have the bizarre chair that showed up in the '61 flipseat brochure and the flipseat technical manuals. I can't say for sure until I get back down to it, but from her description I'm fairly optimistic. _________________

What's the birthdate of that bus and what makes you think it takes that funky chair like in the brochure? |

This photo was taken when we first got the bus from its original owner with only 58k on the clock. Bus is in final body/paint right now--we will be reassembling this summer.
Most parts are already restored and ready to go back on.
Need to find curtains, but that's about it. |

I didn't write the m-code data down so I don't know the exact date, but it's a March '61 bus though.
She described a remove-able chair that sounds very similar to the one pictured in that manual, and she denies that it's a folding metal chair.
I'm crossing my fingers! _________________
