will a baywindow roof rack fit on a split. with some force and a little bit of persausion it should fit right? or are bays wider on the top? _________________ Arachibutyrophobia- Fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth.

fatophobia-fear of using bayparts on a split, its to bad because i have a bay bumper on my split too. and a fat chick slider but thats factory, its the real deal. the bay people just wish they were as cool as me. _________________ Arachibutyrophobia- Fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth.

Bay racks are not as tall, but they'll still fit. It'll just sit lower to your roof. May or may not be an issue on a full lenth rack, shouldn't be a problem on a shorter one. _________________

They fit.
Load them down and it will rub the top though. |

I have a bay rack on my 1967 SO42. Fits without any problems. Doesn't follow the curved roofline of
a split bus (previous owner dumped the original one when the wooden slats rotted away), but it's height
adjustable, so no roofhugging over here

This is a bay rack, from what I'm told, and it has no problems with rubbing, wven loaded down.
