had my headliner done in LA. the shop did a good job but forgot to install the rear tension bar (it's a ragtop, so it's the part behind the ragtop hole). lavere's in concord tried to fix it, but the results are pretty bad. not blaming them -- sometimes repairs are tough -- but the trim where the material meets the frame using headliner clips is gapping big time and loads of glue everywhere. said they couldn't find/get the clips, so they glued it all up. would like to research another option for the fix.
anyone have a good resource? the car is clean (placed 2nd in class @ kelley park this year -- yay!) so quality is very important. |
