Does anyone know if 3m super 77 adhesive will adhere to a surface that has been coated with por-15?

I personally haven't used it but it says in their blurb that it works on "foils" which I would assume to be quite a slippery surface.

In absence on any other answers, I would just rough up the POR15 and do a test patch. I can't see why it won't work after getting a bit of key on the surface. That's POR15's recommendation when you overcoat with paint!

I wouldn't be very worried about 3M adhesive, but POR 15 started to bubble up and flaked off after 6 months when I painted it on my pans.
Get your carpets glued down ASAP, so you can't see the pans! Very Happy
