To me I think whether you love or hate the 80's and 90's look, its part of history and fortunate guys like pooh bah etc took and kept pics to take us back to then. Shit I was around and in the middle of it too but on the west coast.
If you guys got anymore pics, scan and post them up. This is one of my favorite topics in here.

You know...just popped in my mind a little while ago.
Anyone knows who owned the pink 'vert that Cheech Marin drove in "Born In East LA"?
Check out the online vid, in the 3:00-minute mark is when Cheech gets into the pink vert and cruises to his (supposed) work.

I bet there are 2.4 million sets of centerlines in hawaii. seems like every other vw from there has them on it.

I remember an old mag that showed a greased poll climbing contest in Hawaii. The winner won a set of Centerlines. 15x3.5 and 15x8's Cool It was a little kid that won. I bet his pops either rolled them or sold them!

No shit... Centerlines, chrome tail lights, license light, ashtray, glove box and speaker grills was the "styling" thing to do back in the days. Oh yeah, and how can I forget the select-a-drop.

Skim, I remember those days. That was a filipino celibration thing, they had all kind of activities and of corse the poll or tall ass bamboo greased with crisco oil it was called rizal day for some former filipino president.
