I saw your wanted ad, so I guess you could run the later euro bucket with those rings and just use the early V lens? Or play the long game..

Certainly blue and as John says the badge would suggest Trout Blue.  |
Yes, 99% likely Trout Blue
Nose badge tells us it's a 56/57 Ghia
3 solid colours available in 56/57 - Toucan Black, Trout Blue, Gazelle Beige
Black would be darker, Beige would be lighter (wheel is a good indicator here)
