When I went to the Deshutes RendeVW, I drew a $25 gift certificate as a door prize. Unfortunately, they don't carry parts for my '62 panel. Anyone interested in a trade of something? I also have a '55 ragtop bug, '60 ghia. I wouldn't feel right about selling it outright.

you could sell it on thesamba and donate the $$ to their operating fund. that might make you feel better about selling it. aside from that i'd be willing to trade lots of karma for it.

Mark, did you call Chris at Busted Bus? He has access to stuff or will do his best to get you what you need. Shoot....just get $25 worth of gaskets or spark plugs from him Very Happy

Looks like I'll be needing the gift cert. after all. While the wife and I were on vacation this week, we found a running '77 Westy for $1000! Shocked

Yes, we drove it home!! It's the wife's camper.
