hey vic, when you post from photobucket, you dont have to hit the [Img] box because photobucket does it for you. Thats why you have those left over marks after your pic is posted. Wink

I was hard to sell but he made me an offer I couldnt refuse, plus I came across a 62 rag which is gonna be cleaner than all my other rags Ive had, I made my own 5 inch narrowed beam with dropped spindles, chrome empis and its gonna be beige with a dark brown rag. What color was JJs split my painter mixed up the paint and it looks more like L275. Oh and I meant Ronnie not Danny!!

Ya its a 59. Well its sold it went to Japan!! Its gonna be missed

whats up with the gas guage than?

It could have been put in at any time, remember the hole was always ther even though the gauge didnt come til way later. Wink
It was installed at the dealer when it was bought new i even had the due bill when it was installed at the dealer, its a Electric VDO unit not a cable gas gauge. And Skim is right the hole is already there. The original reserve lever worked also.

hmm I need to look into one of those for my 60'...I hate not knowing how much gas I have left!!
