I have found this 1972 AMAG poster. Size is +/-60×100cm.
They have bring this bug with an helicopter at highest peak of Switzerland (Pointe Dufour, 4634m). That was a cool way to celebrate 19 years of 1st place of Swiss car sellers.

I have this collection of vintage volkswagen teaching materials
Got them from the student himself years ago. He worked his whole life at the same volkswagen garage in my hometown.

But I keep it in my attic and I think that's a shame. Looking for a new home. Proceeds will go to finishing my early bay for the summer. Will be on the bay of evil soon.

Are these accessory pieces unusual? I don't see any "VW" identification on them----just numbers in the corner of the obverse.
They are thin die cut cardboard/poster board.

Check the bottom of the last printed page. It should have a copyright date of 1962 on the first line and an edition date on the second line.

I have a similar one with "1966" in the lower left corner and an edition date of "6/66" on the last page.

I just picked up this owners manual cover and tourist delivery pamplets. It was for a tourist delivery 1967 squareback. My 1965 sunroof standard bus was also tourist delivery so it will be used in that bus.

Very nice. I have been told that particular manual cover is indeed unique to Tourist Delivery cars.

I have also only noticed that grey style of manual cover being used for Type3's in particular.
Beetles and Buses used the blue manual covers for the tourist delivery cars.

I have no way to prove that my gray cover is original to our '66 Beetle.
However, there is no doubt that the Service Booklet that came in it is original.

With the volume of VWs being sold, anything goes I guess.
Maybe they were out of blue covers.
Or maybe the OG owner of your 66 saw the grey one and asked for it instead of the blue one.

Interesting in the printout that they have the Reynold C Johnson distributor listed as in Burlingham, CA instead of Burlingame....

I have a big collection, you can look at 62 original VW brochures, i have a Dutch rental company www.campervoet.nl in Volkswagen Campervans and busses.

As a hobby of mine i collect VW brochures. And now i went to a professional company to upload the 62 brochures to my website for anyone to enjoy.

It have cost me a lot of money to do this, i did it so everyone can enjoy the brochures so when you enjoyed the looking at the nice collection please say something:)

There is even a VW barndoor brochure original. Very nice condition.
I hope you enjoy it.

Here's the direct link to the Volkswagen bus brochure collection https://campervoet.nl/volkswagen-documentatie-archief/
