the challenge with that door was that it had previously been repaired from the original camper window hack and the inner pressing was not lined up properly and required alot of "tweaking" to line up properly with the new outter skin. also retrospectively i should have attached the pop out hinge to the outter skin before sealing the deal it would have been cleaner.

this pic is deceptive at first glance. It looks like you have two cargo doors towards the back (besides the one sitting on the ground).

very nice! pressed bumper dd panels are cool,pressed bumper dd kombis are 100 times cooler........very cool conversion,now you have no blind spot!
