I looked at a " '59 camper" today, but the M-Code plate is as follows
30 03 0
156
221 GRGRVFN 589593
Sooo, by using the info. on this site, it was built March 30, 1960
but no export code?? 156 = Larger oil bath air filter
No export code =
Export Destination
(missing for German-delivered vehicles)
Was it just a kombi? later converted into a camper?
what is the GRGRVFN and the 589593??

Hey,
The 589593 is your chassis number
and I believe the
GRGRVFN is your colour combination.
221 would make it a Microbus w/cargo doors right, left hand drive, full middle seat

So what if it says
221 GRGREEN
Where would this bus come from. Would it be german?? It is right hand drive but have no country on it. |
