Anyone know when they became standard equipment?
I just noticed in the SO-23 Reproduction thread a pic of a 61 Westy with a passenger side sunvisor.
My June 1961 de Luxe does not have one. Never did

I'm not sure exactly when they became standard, but they were often added on at dealerships. my '58 westy has a deluxe one on the passenger side that has been there since very early in its life. _________________ .

By 1962 for sure.
I think it was an option earlier. Or dealer install, as Lind mentioned.
I've seen numerous "original" 60s and 61s that do not have passenger sunvisors.
I have a pair of Deluxe ones that supposedly came off the same Bus, a '58 Deluxe if I remember what the seller said. _________________ How to Post Photos
