I need a picture of a 57 dash,all original,also above my ignition switch is a push and pull knob,what is this,where can i get a book with all info on my 57?Thanx

The knob above the ignition switch is the manual choke cable.

I would suggest getting the Bentley manual, it's got quite a bit of good Ghia specific technical information.

you need to state your VIN, or at least the month
ie fuel gauge added in late 57, knobs changed, st wheel, etc, etc
(where's Retro or Broady or OGR when you need them)

my car was produced in july of 57,it has the manual choke,it has a small hole in the dash between the speedo and clock,I found a pic of a car in the woods,and it had a smal light there,here is a pic,anyone who knows what holes are suposed to be there and witch ones arnt,plese let me know,thanx

from factory:
hole above radio wouldnt have been there
hole between clock & speedo wouldnt have been there
holes to left of speedo wouldnt have been there (look like the holes required for the accessory Dehne fuel gauge to me - one small for the locating pin, one larger for the cable to pass through)

Appears that you dash is setup for an optional Dehne fuel gauge, similar to mine.
