So I was re-reading D. Eccles book and he states that Ivory was mainly used for Ambulances.

Maybe we have found an exception, as there is an undeniable 'Ivory' BD but it's not an Ambulance.

Just wondering if there are more exceptions to this 'general' rule as I would like to see what they look like. (The Ivory is present underneath the headliner, side panels and in the engine bay...)
