I don't waste time with people who can't even include punctuation in their ads-- chances are they talk exactly the same way.

Think They also can't spell Volkswagen and don't even know what year the car is. Pretty easy to tell a '73 from a '74, even without a title. I think there's 2 too many zeros in the price! Confused

"1975 VOLSWAGEN VW BUG with 1970 1600 MOTOR" Shocked
WOW! You get the heavy/ugly big bumpers of the '74 and later cars combined with the lower power of the SP motor! Death foam included for free! Very Happy

Greetings:
Not sure if this is the right place to post, but here goes:

I'm restoring a 71 super vert...There are a few things I can't find.
The cardboard piece that covers trunk/spare tire area...and, on the rear seat there is a masonite board that covers the back of the upright part of the seat...also, there are 2 rails that mount to the frame of the seat to install the rug on this masonite piece

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for your paitience.

Your question is in the wrong section. Post it here, Beetle - Late Model/Super - 1968-up

""PATINA"" NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!

They're asking $1000 more in the ad than they have on the sign in the front window in their pics! d'oh!
I think that means they'll go down on the price. Anxious
