Needed to purchase a new speedometer and got new fuel gauge/vibrator to complete new parts....
went to jbugs, ordered, received.
went to put the new one together and when i put the fuel gauge into the speedometer I find out it does not fit. Goes in cockeyed, wont let light pass thru on one side, screw holes do not line up. shame.....
turns out their entire stock has that issue and they never knew. sending back =/ and trying my luck with a rebuilt on from WW. $229 for the speedo and $20+ for gauge to not fit?!?! That is my rant. |

Hmmm, maybe I should pull the trigger on these, they would fit my 69 perfectly even though I don't think the dark blue would match my red all that well...

eBay purchased the most recent company I worked for and I was in charge of listing the inventory for the largest accounts. So i would check it from time to time.
But this listing takes the cake:

The top has been junk fixed and needs replaced. And take a look at the front seats. That has to be the worst recover I have ever seen. I would only charge them $2,000 to fix it, lol.
These companies listing the inventory are just a reseller, they don't own any cars. They will tell the seller anything they want to get the listing and this one is the worst I have ever seen.

B) $10,000!?! I'm not hating on supers or late models, but honestly, $10,000 for a '72 super? That seems crazy! I'm cheap, but I feel like I'm pretty good about knowing what things are worth...
