I don't like when people advertise with pictures that are old. Take new pictures and show what you've got.
In this case it appears that he's trying to sell it with pictures that are almost 6 years old...a lot can happen in 6 years.

Honestly doesn’t seem too bad. Maybe $500... They don’t make them anymore and they are classic cars now.

Good lord...a friend of mine just put her 15 y/o Pickenese down because it needed to have both of it's eyes surgically removed due to infections...result would have been an old dog in a lot of pain and misery...that's what this old tired super is calling out for...the mercy of the crusher.

I know there are plenty of other options out there too, probably 50-100 pc for $20 or so.

A lot of ebay sellers will inflate the price like that when they're out of stock. It means they don't have to relist when they're back in stock and pay the ebay fees again. |

I agree, looks to be less than £10 for them if they are in stock based oon feedback for similar items.

| I just dont understand people selling used up crap for more than new. or good used for more than new... I wish some of them would come and buy all my racing/performance stuff witch is mostly new unused from a loving home. |

Mark, I block those overpriced sellers in the Samba Classifieds. There are only a few, but they take up space when I’m poking around, so I block them. Let the rookies—or the desperate—buy from them.

So I translate that as:
struts = super shimmy is present
"brake work"= needs full rear brake job
"ignition switch"= 60% of the time, it starts up every time....
"new seats" = needs all new pads, upholstery, slider bushings, etc. (no interior pics either)
"a few small holes, nothing huge"= You can get your hand through it, but not your foot...yet (no pics of this 'minor' rust)
$5k? pft.

I wonder how solid that build is, and what condition the engine's in. $950 for a decent 350 isn't bad, regardless of what car is wrapped around it. But if they hosed the tunnel and pan reinforcement, all you get is an engine and a pile of scrap metal.
