I would, looks like it would be a blast! 
Probably safer to fly that, than driving an old Beetle on the roads now, given how many idiots are blindly swerving their SUVs around while paying more attention to their phones than the road.

I dunno... they may have pulled off the roof chop well from a technical perspective, but the end result is a bit odd?  It's very "heavy" visually, with nothing aggressive or sporty to pull it back. In fact, I would say they did TOO well with the roof chop.
Maybe some low-hanging "aerolook" fenders would help "ground" the look they were going for?

Been driving by this for a month now. Not a whine, but the VIN says '72. Is this a special edition? Nothing really special about the interior from what I could see.

No price on the sign, and haven't found it in my local Craigslist/Facebook marketplace yet.
That said, definitely some rust here and there. My guess is that it sat for awhile, and they towed it to a main road to advertise. |

If it's there for too long, I will have to call and at least see what they want. Maybe lots of stuff I could use in my '71
Side note, someone posted about a Swedish car museum auctioning off 70+ classic VW cars. Found the list.

Apparently, if you get a VW magazine to feature your car on its cover, you can list it in the Samba Classifieds for fifteen thousand more than its worth.
Such a deal.
