Had rear window of my '70 shot out. I contacted Busted Bus in Colorado and they are shipping my parts to me now. I had spoke to Chris who is very wise - like a miniature buddha. These guys not only had my part in stock, but gave me alot of info. on my bus, stuff which no one has been able to give me yet! They are very cool and Chris is down to earth and treats you like a real person, not just another sale. I definately recommend them for the parts you need - or even questions.

I agree a 110 percent. Picked up quite a few items from Busted Bus, and Chris has always been very knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly.

I have tried to contact the busted bus several times and left messages and all that. No replies whatsoever. The message on the answer machine said they moved but not where to. Any clues?

revilobug - Is this the contact information you have? I just spoke with him yesterday. He is in the process of relocating but not sure where. But he will answer your email and voice mails.

Thanks for the props guys! Happy to be here for ya, sure beats my old suit-and-tie job! Smile Revilobug, it's been a while since the message said we were moving. We've been in our new location for months. Currently, we're parting out 20 buses from our yard as we've been forced to move some. Big thanks to STB's (Jim Hayden) for helping out. Anyhow, I answer emails and phone calls at the end of EVERY day, as I am now. So, just leave a message. The best way though is email, as Tim said. My wife kills me when I work at night but I try not to get behind. Smile Tim, Greg, Matt..Thanks again, you guys rock and you keep food in my doggie's bowl! she says "woof" -Chris

Though I'm late to the party, I'll add my bit.

Busted Bus is MUCH improved since Chris took over the helm.
I've been more than happy with the communication, the service, and the prices.

I can't say enough good things about Busted Bus and how wonderful Chris is- but here's a few...
Chris is very knowledgeable and takes great care of his customers. He has extended himself beyond a normal day's business to help me- not to make a sale, but more to make the sale work for me. He has a great product, superior service and timely communication to get me what I need, and he only sells the best of what he has.
I enjoy doing business with Busted Bus, it's nice to spend money with the right people.
Chris- thanks for being out there and keep up the good work!

Chris came and picked me and my bus up when my clutch cable clevis pin snapped. He closed his shop early, picked up parts and drove from Boulder to downtown Denver and towed me back to his shop so I could swap it out there instgead of the cold roadside. He works for burritos! Chris, his family, and his entire operation are tops on my book. I try and give him my business when I can. Chris when are we getting together for some cold beverages? I'll bring a few bottles of my favorite Chimay beer!

I'm pleased with BB. Diggin' on the all-new stock exhaust presently, so many thanks, Chris. I swear to the almighty that the thing runs better, goes up hills better, and it sure as hell looks and sounds better. That monza POS that was on there looked like something in a public toilet.

So, state it publicly, when is the new shop open for tours, hmm?

I received my new type 4 timing scale yesterday. This is probably one of the nicest reproduction parts out there. Many props to Chris for making this obsolete part available again in an improved design.
