What would make my clutch do this? it was completely sheared off by the rivets. Just wondering if there is anything else i should check before I replace the parts.

I did something very similar in my old Single Cab hauling too much concrete.

I replaced the clutch disk and had no further problems.

Does it look like any thing hit the rivits and sheared them off? At one time there was some Korean disc out there that the rivit heads were to big and hit on the inside side of cover when the clutch was pushed in all the way Exclamation
Your wife is probably as gentle as mine on her car Shocked

There doesnt appear to be anything in there that would shear them off.

Mine didn't break on the rivets but it broke between all the little holes inward of the rivets. I figure it was fatigued or had some hairline cracks. Especially since I've hauled the same size loads again with no trouble.
