I think you might mix these up with stock bug licensplate lights, they are not, they are some smaller and much more rare :O) |

The parts list says the key in the previous post is for Panel bus only.
I read it may be for through 1953.
Does anyone know when the cargo door lock mechanism for Panels like this (pic down below) ended?
