I spend all my time trying to get her OUT of my car, so I figured it's time to get my daughter one of her own. Shame she had to go water-cooled tho...

if you ask my almost 2 year old niece what her name is, she says "beetle". i spent one afternoon tryin to get her to say it. it was all over after that. once she realized what one was, my sister was in trouble. when she comes over, she has to walk up to everyone in the yard, touch it, and say beetle. she'll touch the cover over the 57 and say "op" (aka open) once it's lifted, she looks under, touches it, and says "oohhhh". she goes nuts in our bug room, and especially when she spots one going down the road. now i just have to teach her the difference between real beetles and that insect shaped golf.
