|
|
Hey All,
Been pondering this idea for awhile, since driving back from New England one very hot day with the rear heater blasting...
Yes, I know, Radiator supposed to do the cooling. Pulled the Rad out yesterday. It is a POS. Replacing with new.
Question is:
Would it be wise to put a second T connection into the Rear Heater hose and put a intercooler with a Squirrel cage under the sliding passenger door? Or by-passing the R Heater all together to do this for those who put their Van to bed in Winter?
There are two studs there waiting under the sliding door for this "added" cooling protection for those who do heavy climbing, hauling, etc. with their rigs.

No point in that. The OEM sys in good order has WAY more cooling capacity than this much hp requires. It is seriously oversized. |

I had been considering something similar.
but, perhaps I need to take a look at the radiator first. _________________ Any opinions stated here are my own, otherwise someone else would have said them. |
