Anyone that's been keeping up with the latest trends would immediately recognize the condition as "Barn Find", which is why the seller hasn't cleaned off any of the OG dust.
After all, it's only original once. |

It looks like they already sold 64 of them (only 10 left), so they must be reasonably priced |

I can make that frame with better timbers in half an hour for less than $20. Any takers?

Perhaps that's why the "real' OG lowlight taillight has a 2 piece glass lens with metal chrome outer ring (as opposed to that cheap one piece plastic repop gem in the ad).
BTW Darrel, I appreciate your subtle play on language, ... but admit that I first had to have Google explain it to me.
In response to the question posed "Is it lense or lens?", Google explained
Google wrote: |
Both are correct, but they are different words. "Lens" is the glass thing that focuses light. "Lense" is a verb meaning "To make lean; to macerate". |
Clearly you knew which one was correct for that taillight. |

In fact don't bother to contact me at all. |
Perhaps none of you realize the value of owning a Karmann Ghia with a VIN as cool as 12345.
I mean, what are the odds?
(Something like just one in twelve thousand, three hundred and forty five, if I'm not mistaken! )
