Does any one know if some one makes replacement plastic trim that goes around the wood on a Westy? I am asking about the plastic that is on the edges of the cabinet doors etc. What is this stuff called or known as? Thank you for all replies!

I think if you search for t-molding or is it moulding, you will find some answers.

Another option is to search busdepot.com or shoot Chris at bustedbus.com an email....

Good luck!

try www.vwbusparts.freeserve.co.uk, excellent site for all things westy. If anyone has it they will....

i have seen a thread on a uk forum about this trim, it's pretty difficult to get hold of here in the uk.

good luck in your search!

This kind of vinyl moulding is used all the time in the cabinet manufacturing industry. The Westfalia trim in nothing special. You can probably get it retail from your local Home Depot or Lowes, or try a google search for cabinet component suppliers and edge moulding.
