I had urathane Bushings in this warrior beam and they were way to tight and destroyed travel. I need to zert fit the beam anyway, and putting on longer arms.
These Delrins are loose. I can spin one and it tightens up which is weird.
I will buy bigger ones and custom fit i guess. I thought this would be easier than cutting up a stock beam... boy am i wrong!

Did you try reaming? You didn't mention it and that's an important step.

There is more than 1 size urethane bushing. Nuther lesson learned the hard way.

What i have here are the crappy latest rage delrins. They seem misshapen! They might work on a stock beam but not aftermarket! I will be measuring the ID and order the right size from karteck! Either the greys or blues!
